OUR CANCELLATION AND RESCHEDULE POLICY
OUR LATE OR NO-SHOW POLICY
We value your time and understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. To cancel or reschedule your house cleaning appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. This helps us optimize our schedule and serve our clients efficiently.

Clients are allowed to cancel or reschedule their first appointment without incurring any cancellation fees.

Clients must provide a minimum of 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

For cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice, a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the service cost will be applied at the time of the next scheduled service."

To ensure the smooth operation of our services and to accommodate the needs of all our valued clients, we have implemented a considerate late or no-show policy.

Your time is valuable, and we aim to respect it. If lateness becomes a recurring issue, we may need to discuss adjustments to ensure the best possible service for all our clients.

If the client is not present or unreachable at the scheduled cleaning time, a 75% of the service cost will be applied as a no-show fee in the next service, this fee help us compensate our team for their time and effort.
